c-sats are almost always about surgery. I always see the "Rate the skill of a surgeon" HITs. They always get taken so fast, and one day I was lucky enough to catch one. It took like 30 minutes at least and paid $1... the video of the surgery itself was 10 mins long and then you had to answer a bunch of questions about it. No idea why people do them.

 

That's 5.25c/sentence as opposed to 2.5c/sentence
