yeah, we're talking [name redacted, i can't even remember the req but you know lol] level scamming when it comes down to the math required. 1m are the easy ones. 90s-2m is probably standard, and a handful are 3m+ to really nitpick long paragraphs with awkward phrasing.

and as much as i appreciate rowan and genuinely enjoy the work, there's absofrickinglutely no way anybody is sitting through multiple hours of them (or even one hour) without a short break. they can be really brain-break-y. even the robotiest robot would go crosseyed and start questioning their grasp on the english language after a couple hours.

 

That has to be an error in the system Rowan uses. I know he uses as automated system since his responses to let you know how well you are doing, are rather prompt and relatively in depth. 1000 hits is pretty impressive nonetheless. Lotta money, so maybe he did in fact think it was a bot system that completed the HIT.

 

If you aren't scamming Rowan won't reject you.

I can't speak for other batches but his stuff is safe and if you just are a shitty worker he would just pull your qual. This dude must have blatantly scammed him (as you can see by the 1k hits within 24hrs) and that is why he was rejected.

Regardless of how this works out, this is the true lesson that needs to come from this. New people, do not yolo your whole account away.

No, 1K is not doable if you're doing them the "right" way and not scamming. No way. There are too many difficult ones that require mental parsing to figure out what is being said.

Also, for someone who repeatedly states their qualifications in lit and language like this somehow makes them a super expert on the English language (which it might) that post has a few syntax errors of its own.

I'm no pro at writing perfectly, but I don't claim to be while making writing errors.

I had my qual pulled today from an 8, to a 1. He did explain as to why. I sincerely put time and effort into the 200 or so of them that I had done, so I was surprised by the pull and very dissapointed. I assume that when new batches are put out, he redoes the qual? Or would I have to message him and plead my case? When the HIT went from 17c to 37c, I trucked out as many as I could in the first batch this morning only to have my qual pulled. Luckily it was after the batch was done. I can only assume it was the introduction to the "2nd best" option now having the "none of the above" option which can leave you only answering a single option, rather than the backup 2nd option.

Eh. Those Amazon A9 Image search ones you can YOLO pretty well since its pretty subjective. I did 2k or so last batch with no issues when normally I take one or two hits on other Amazon batches.
