I don't eat a lot of that stuff but I do put all kinds of stuff in my coffee and use cold brew concentrate to make assorted coffee drinks so I would be cutting out a lot of sugar as well as caffine if I gave up coffee

Of course I would have to finish off the concentrate in my fridge tonight so as not to waste it

 

Yes but I hadn't planned on totally cutting everything out, just cutting it down to once a week or two, plus I'm going to give up something non diet related also. Just not swearing. That shit is out of the question. I would screw up the first minute.
