Well one is in my queue and I'm working on it.

 

They managed to not trip my OW or HF, so they must have been going by like

 

I was leaning towards this "here have a cookie"

 

So sent an email to the requestor of the survey that broke on me earlier explained what happened and that I had submitted using my mturk id. I then included my id number which is already included by amazon so this was the response
