    Reminds me of almond season around here. Trees have sat all summer getting all nice and dusty. Then along comes this ginormous claw, that grabs the tree and shakes the hell out of it to get all the almonds to fall.

    And all the dust jumps off just like that.

    Repeat with many many orchards full of many many trees. Air quality sucks then, and so do allergies.

    Walked away from my desk with stuff running, came back to many things in queue and expiring timers.

    Managed to bust hiney and get all but one done (returned! it was underpaid anyway) and bested daily goal neatly.

    Got one with a long timer sittin' there for me to do when I gets home in a few minutes.

    After a slow day whammo...bunches of stuff showed up at once for me.

    Kinda true, but it's missing the human death spiral of the cats spiraling around my ankles as I'm desperately trying to walk the food to their placemats.

    When I break a hip, it will be due to my cats.
