I was switching to centurylink. My start day was February 26th. They came and disconnected my internet on February 22nd. I still don’t have internet at my house. I know have the personal cell number of the supervisor locally that has to fix my problem but it has taken me this long to get that. He is going to have a bad day tomorrow
