That sounds yummy. I spent a fair amount of time making a frittata, then had no desire to eat it once it was finished in the oven,lol.

 

I get that way a lot of times when something is time consuming. Just get exhausted of being in the kitchen. Sometimes it just becomes unappetizing somewhere throughout the process. At least you can eat it later!
