    Somewhere, out there, there's a mTurk plus like platform where the hourly is $20+ because it's only top level survey workers... I dream of this magical land and hope to find it one day.

    That's true. I knew some guys over in the call center that one of the companies I worked for use that spoke with better English than some of my state side coworkers.
