Storm's comin' but I don't wanna miss magnets. Hoping it holds off another hour or so but the tornado sirens are going off.

 

He's so soft and purrs like crazy. SO SOFT! He likes to hide under the shelf or in my half bath, if he's nervous about everyone else, but he's pretty calm since his sister is here too and he likes me well enough. He's been much easier to fuss with than Scraggles was. Sheila (his feral sister) is a sucker for Matt, who just scooped her up and walked her inside when he came home. I think I'll be able to get the used to people and other pets without too much fuss. They are super cautious of the other cats and dogs, but not aggresive, and I think it's likely from the amount of shitty tomcats and loose dogs in the neighborhood that gave them trouble. The dogs sniffed them and then backed off once both cats growled at them, and will sit a few feet away from them without trouble, but otherwise aren't bothering them. They've been living in our garage since christmasish, so they are still pretty skittish, but at least fairly adjusted to us. I'm sure once they both get comfortable, they will become crazy little house demons like Scraggles, and I'll have to work on manners with them
