Is turrkerview eneabled in MTS?


That just looks like you have TVJS without the API key. If you have TVJS installed you can click Turkerview on the dashboard then the little cog on the top right to get to the API thing and enter your API in there.

 

Yeah I already sent a screenshot to @ChrisTurk and we both laughed.

 

What version of MTS are you on? Definitely odd, I can't reproduce messing w/ MTS settings unless I turn off HIT exporting, but you obviously still have that enabled

Having TVJS without an API key entered kind of looks like that but yeah dunno

 

It's MTS v2.6.7 and Turkerview is checked and it says my API key is connected. Maybe my 30 day trial ran out and I need to subscribe?

Not since the move to the new API, it'll still display HIT info w/o an API key (well, planning on changing that tonight actually but it isn't enabled yet).

Nah, none of that is even enabled thanks to technical complications.. this is some other oddity.

Press F12 to bring up the console, swap to the network tab then refresh the page and look for the hits/ endpoint.. setup should look like this:


If it's erroring out for any reason it should display in red and clicking on it will give some explanation as to why
