Yeah they are my kids and gave me sobriety and my life back so money doesn't matter with them. I 98% knew Saturday it was belly/gas irritation blah blah but then Sunday morning seeing the blood scared me just in case it is the small chance of being serious.

i'm busy with other work right now so i don't have anything running. the second it was pointed out, i added the watcher. would i have noticed if it was just reviewed and never pointed out? nope

yeah, someone only has to make the mistake once to get chewed out and never do it again, but it's also scaring people out of the community and making us look as toxic as every forum before us. there are easier, quieter, less embarrassing, more helpful ways to clue people in on nuances like that when they're just learning how to use TV.

At the cost of one batch I can make more and more lurkers aware of why reviewing batches is a bad idea. This is my only method of doing so as we aren't given tools to deal with it.

 

Theoretically. I wonder if this would be the case if you tried to actually quantify it. As in would people keep posting if you didn't tell them not to (how long before theyd figure it out on their own) and do we get new people at a slow enough rate that it makes an actual difference.

 

Well, that reframed my $150 vet bill for what turned out to be pink eye and not her bloody eyeball about to fall out of her head.

Fortunately only one kitty got it, been watching other kitty like a hawk. Tho vet thinks other kitty could be a carrier.

Also found out humans and cats can pass the pink eye virus back and forth. Yay.
