    I don't know if I ever mentioned that this happened.

    I have the direct contact for the guy who oversees all Amazon delivery drivers (logistics? Flex?) in this area.

    Apparently, there had been a few issues reported from my office building so he stopped by to check in with us. (Guess who reported many of those issues?)

    I'm now supposed to call him directly with any issues.

    Wish I could just have UPS or USPS deliver all my Amazon stuff, but at least now I have a way to contact an actual human when things go wrong.
