FWIW back when I got masters I only had somewhere around 27,000 but I only had 4 rejections total at that point in time. I about have a cow when I get rejections and I have a total of 60 now because of some very nasty requestors that came in, rejected, and ran a few years ago.

Also on the A9 rejections. I had a cat decide my mouse was a toy and he managed to "submit" 20 A9 hits that were supposed to be done ONLY by British workers and I got 20 rejections AND BLOCKED by A9 hits from there on. That was something like 3 or so years ago and I still can't get an A9 hit to save my soul. ... so it might be possible this guy was a tool, but it can happen with the hit of a very inquisitive paw while you are gone to the little ladie's room ... sigh .... I've written a number of times and gotten no response. Perhaps there is an updated address for this requestor, but I gave up on them a long time ago and have moved on ...

 

You got masters pretty early on though right? I haven't heard of anyone recent getting it with less than ~50k approved hits.

A few years ago, I had 30k, and like the previous worker, low rejections (less than a dozen), when they granted Masters qual to me. I took an Mturk work break for 2 weeks (something I've heard others mention, coincides with their getting Masters), after a few years of history Mturking, and they granted the qual. Took a few years to get it in my case, also.

 

Yeah that is fairly early on. It seems that they realized that was dumb as someone with less than 50k or even 100k approved is very green. We obviously don't know what the requirements for masters are besides that it seems mostly random but recent handouts have all been to people with plenty of approved hits.

I used to have that information in my signature line, but @ChrisTurk has since removed signiture lines because of server problems or something. I believe it was back 5/6/2015 when I got masters. (Had to dig through reviews on Turkoptican to find the date). I do know it used to be ~50k approved or so, but I did a HUGE amount of hits with the requestor that sponsors the A9 hits and the CopyText and SetMaster folks. TONS AND TONS AND TONS of them. I haven't a clue it that had anything to do with it but back then I had absolutely NO clue as to what a script was either.

Yep. I saw that when I tried it on hits with more than I think three. I have to edit the script myself to get it to work on more than a certain number of buttons.

 

I told him that there is no limit for image sizes that can be used for signatures. And, he removed everything.
