that's amazing, keep me posted for sure. that process is so much fun, and they're such badass cars. easily one of my favorites of all time.

my dad always had at least one classic car and we had so much fun playing around with them. now i just have friends who restore their own toys and i nag them to update me on their progress. the last one we had was a grandville with a 455, it was a boat with some serious guts, lol. he had to sell it when we hit tough times, so my friend bought it off of him just so i could get it back if i ever want to. my favorite one we ever had was an adorable little karmann ghia, and i still have a thing for small quirky cars because of it. but nothing beats a beefy muscle car

I'm relatively new (about 1300 approved) and still at 100... Super duper careful XD and I haven't done thousands in batches.

 

I caught a couple shady requesters when I first started. 3 rejections in the first couple weeks...none since.

 

I wanted to start working on them myself, but it's so much work if you don't go buy the right tools. Plus, I don't know shit about metal work. I have an old jeep that I was gonna work on to teach myself some of the basics, but it's just sat in a storage garage for the last 5 years.

Should probably get rid it instead of paying hundreds of dollars every year to let it sit.

 

I never really looked at your avatar until now and realized it's a Chewy (chips ahoy) and a Han Solo cup....nice.

it's funny you mention that because i have an older cherokee with insanely low mileage, absolute pristine condition (no rust, which is rare up here) and it was going to be my "do it by myself" car aaaand i haven't done anything but drive it sometimes. but one day, i swear. literally once a month someone knocks on my door to ask if i'd sell it. nope!

i'd have to recommend you to not sell it, but that's just me being biased because it's always been a "when i win the lottery" dream of mine to have random cars to play with. so, yeah, keep it, keep them all lol
