I get that. I also respect that he's my wife's dog and that she wants to be a part of the decision and to take care of him. Plus I know nothing about dogs and wouldn't know what decision to make anyway. It's literally three hours. He's eating normally, drinking normally, has normal energy levels, and there is visibly nothing wrong with him except that three drops of blood (I counted) came out of his butthole. I'm worried and I'm sympathetic, but he's asleep in his kennel and quite happy, and I'd rather he rest if he needs it until the person who knows more about what to do and who can talk with the vet on the vet's level can weigh in.

I do appreciate you willing to give me a kick in the butt, though. I do need it most of the time.

With all of the snow STILL melting, I wouldn't be surprised if he just ate something at the dog park that was covered for months until just now. Could have been Taco Bell!

Joking aside though, he will be going into the vet and I will keep everyone updated as you all seem so wonderfully concerned. <3
