TVJS wont automatically upload a rejection, but it will alert you to update a review if the HIT is rejected or allow you to review the rejected hit. Either of those methods will track it in the future & mark it as overturned (if it does overturn)

But like if you review a HIT, then go onto the website & edit the review as rejected, then TVJS doesn't "know" to track / update it
