I made twins and built those banneton out of cardboard because I haven't put my foot down to purchase these https://www.sfbi.com/baking-supplies/wicker-baskets. Also cannot figure out how to adjust how much light my lens gathers in certain modes on my camera. Splashed a bit of water to pre-steam the baking dish on the second bake. It flattened out but got a much fuller rise. I'll cut them after I go on my morning jog and till the garden. I think it's going to be tight. Messaged my friend on her Insta about the hard white wheat she uses. Kind of a meh day, but it's sunny out and I'll catch some work here at night.
