    Mostly listening to a guided meditation.
    Really long timer.
    Cons:
    A few bubbly questions before the audio and quite a few bubbles afterward.
    The voice was really relaxing, so much so at one point there was a long pause and I thought I had fallen asleep.

    I've also never seen caramel sea salt. It's usually just vanilla or chocolate with the occasional banana or strawberry.
