I let mine go unchecked for many years. I was djing to large crowds with it. I would get to the club and could barely stand until I slammed a bunch of cocktails in me for medicine - the wrong type

 

Hmmm, why hadn't I thought of that till now?

I have pretty extreme anxiety and I damn well left my house for my weekend vacation, but I cried first and had to talk it thru with Matt because my urge was to not leave the house even tho I wanted to. I had a last minute meltdown because my house is nice and safe and I know how my life will be inside it. The outside world is not predicatable and my stupid brain is pretty convinced it's the possible worst so I should just stay here, forever. Is it sexy? No. Is it fun? No. Is it easy? Dude, hell no. Did I do it? Yes, with a bribe.

Overcoming anxiety is worth it, but it's not easy by any means.

 

Poop. And I hearted that post too. I better go change that real quick.

 

But in all honesty y'all ain't really seen me as an assshole. I quit drinking the month before this place hatched.

When he registered here seriously like half a dozen people who I had never once heard from before were like "you should ban that guy" lolol, that's how I knew this place was gonna be fun

 

One thing that is really stupid is that medicare will not pay for therapists unless they are psychologists or psychiatrists so if you want remote (video chat) therapy you have to foot the bill

 

I always give hubby an extra 30 minutes, cuts the number of give me thirty more minutes down to 1 or 2 .... I've got better things to do then watch the clock and wake him up every 30 miunutes

My ex and I left him waiting for his Rx at Walmart once to go grab a sandwich, wrong choice. After that I knew how serious the issue was. Paxil, xanax, and a cocktail of other drugs. Still wouldn't wish it on anyone. It is half the reason I became a social worker. People don't get it unless they live it or see it first hand. It really is a shame the world lacks empathy for so many.
