lol 80 dollar router is it really worth it to pay the price instead of just getting the 30-50 ones?

 

You should be getting $100 hardware router and a few $50 APs.

 

I have 3 Archer C9s in my house.

 

That ASUS router design

 

I have a similar setup but if I did it over again I would use proper APs.

 

Indeed I agree they are much more efficient. Only I have them is #1 base router @2 to make 5.8 work on my PS4 it is too far away to run Ethernet. #3 is for downstairs in my office to create a wired solution to my PC that is more powerful than just putting a WiFi card in my desktop.
