I don't think that you can afford her couch but I believe that the closet space under the stairs is unoccupied.

 

She doesn't sound too bright. A thousand things that only take a few seconds each to make $100+ in around 5 hours of actual work is pretty damn good, imo. I'd do that all day instead of flipping burgers or processing chickens.
