These lymrick HITs are weird, do any of you know how strict the requestor is on accepting 'bad' interpretations? I

 

I'll clear it up further. I was not interpreting 3.5/5 as anything,. I did not come up with 60% as an adjustment for 5 bombs. I could have very well gave the numbers 1.5/5 and 90%, there was no correlation to be drawn from them.

How many of those reviews don't mean anything anymore? Take RnR as an example, all of their TO (over the years) can be thrown out the window since they no longer reject and moved onto a qual system. You complaint seems to be in the fact that it is new, which given time, it won't be.

You pointed out a perfect example on why TO 2 is superior. This same person who recommended 411 at $1.80/hr would have most likely rated it a 4+/5 on TO 1. WIth TO 1, looking in without and preconceptions, most would assume it pays well. Now with TO 2, you can see the $1.80/hr and know that it doesn't. A recommendation does not mean good pay, it can mean other things, say good for numbers, doesn't reject, etc.

Bingo, and until there is significant data to prevent gaming of the system by a few, it is subject to vulnerability without even taking into account the various other issues of human based reporting.

 

On TO 1, all new requesters are subject to that too, along with any requester that doesn't have recent reviews.

So I was at this Blue Oyster Cult concert back in the day, and was really getting into the groove of the show and the people around me, when during their song "Don't fear the reaper" the giant eyeball shooting out blue laser lights from it hit me and I was suddenly stunned and felt like I was in a hypnotic state. I was unable to move or close my eyes as the giant blue eyeball beamed ever so bright into my eyes, I could only hear the song playing and could only see the laser beam hitting me, it was as if everyone had disappeared and I was the only one left at the concert.

Soon I noticed an even brighter light coming from the sky and it was the most beautiful light I had ever seen, it was blindingly bright but I could see a shape coming from it, as it came closer and closer I could make out what it was... It was Jesus, and he was playing "Don't fear the reaper" on a solid gold Fender Stratocaster. When it was time for the solo, Jesus handed me the Golden Strat and said here you go, my son, play this like your life depends on it.

So I took the Golden Strat from Jesus's hands, and I started playing the solo so well, I made Buck Dharma sound like he was playing a fish instead of a guitar. Then all of a sudden I found myself onstage and playing with BOC, and the crowd went crazy as I was soloing the HELL outta "Don't fear the reaper" Then I looked over at Eric Bloom, and he said, "Who the fuck are you?" I said, "I'm Jesus man, I'm Jesus"

That is true newer requesters are subject to that however your TO2 addition within MTS does not return a total number of reviews as it does for TO so a few can influence and total number of reviews not be know.

 

Now jokes aside... why can't you use Chrome? I never use FF since Poker days and have not even installed it on the new PC yet cuz i haven't run into a FF only hit lately

 

I just did that UM weight loss hit- got my code- submitted on MTurk and Amazon had me logged out- now the hit isn't in my submitted or hits assigned- it just disappeared. WTH...
