The word "exclusion" when talking about a forum is pretty tricky because requesters exclude people more than anyone with closed quals which more often than not make up the bread and butter of a great day/week/whatever. This includes masters too as a closed qual
Anything else, everyone is pretty much excluding anyone else that isn't in their circle of friends, which is just human nature. That comes down to networking and isn't relevant to the forum other than potentially introducing people to each other.

There are generally 2 people here who are outright rude to other folks more than the average at any given time, but it's not like they're horrible humans. Everyone else is pretty chill. Would it be nice if @Tracy Wethington would chill out and stop berating newbies? Yes.. but y'know what, not everyone can be perfect like @Randomacts .

I guess occasionally someone will pipe in for an argument about some such stupid topic but 12hrs/day in the same hole will do that to pretty much anyone & it rarely lasts more than the 10 minutes it takes for @ThisPoorGuy to yell while I gleefully frolic about with my head in the clouds.
