    If you're coming off of cigs, especially look into nic salt devices as they deliver a throat hit and nic impact very similar to cigs.

    Also, just go to your local vape shop and ask them about their recommendations. Don't be surprised if they advice you to start with a small, cheap device at like 18-24mg to start with, then you can titrate yourself down over time.

    Case in point: My brother who went from 1.5 packs a day to 24mg then started the downward titer, and is now at 1.5-3mg nic.

    I'd throw myself out as an example but I'm dicking around with high nic - low usage right now, so that'd be some wacky math to throw at you even though my overall nic consumption is still on a downward titration.

    I remember those days, one stupid requestor was all it took. I have probably made more now that I don't worry as much about new requestors. Only up to 4 rejections with over 60k approvals
