Idk about on iOS but Tether for android takes like 30s each way & works around any of your phone company's BS tethering rules.

On S8+ it's just Connections, Hotspot & Tethering, USB Tethering, hit the switchy. Don't think any cell provider will mind since like you said it's not hotspotting. I do it on Mintmobile all the time to use my data OR connect to the Xfinity public wifi and then VPN for *ahem* peer-to-peer applications...

 

My Rottweiler is drooling really bad and constantly licking her jowls. I know Rottweiler drool but she is doing it real bad. I saw her eating grass. I went over the security Cam footage and did not see her eat anything bad. She has done this once before. Any idea what it could be. Her gums and teeth look great and she will eat treats

 

I remember doing it eons ago, but i struggled to get it working effectively. The issue was getting my laptop to figure out how to use the USB for internet. This was also within Windows 7 and my Galaxy S3. I have seen the tethering option pop up all the time now on my Pixel 2, so I can only imagine its far easier than it was when I did it last. No idea how to do it on iOS though.

I looked up Trupanion and got a quote and they want $260.04 with no deductible and $151.33 with $200. ASPCA insurance only wants $86 for 100 deductible and that includes basic care plan. Ever dealt with them?
