i didn't LET them eat the roof, you dingbat. i let babies live above the porch because there was no easy way for me to remove them myself and my landlord was like "oh well"... THEN they used my house as an expansion and i thought their pitter-patter was cute, and then hated them when they chewed a hole in the roof.
