I honestly never block anyone. I take their words and remember names and just throw them out to the sin bin if they're dumb too often. It allows me to at least see the 'problems' before I take the survey even if it's just being aware I need to clean my cookies.

So Comcast Business was down most of yesterday at work. I actually had to go home to finish my work.

Today, it's been spotty and outages are reported.

Our Business rep just called us to sell us on a special program we can add to our account. For an extra $14.95 per month we can sign up for a "backup" service that we can move over two when Comcast has an outage.

I said no effing way, that I should be getting a credit when their service is crappy, not paying more to keep service I'M ALREADY PAYING FOR.

This is a new low for them. I flat out told them if their service becomes so unreliable that we need a backup we will go with someone else.
