    it's pretty nice not having someone being your boss. It's nice living a stress-free life. It's nice making pretty decent money. Nice being able to pretty much take any time off I ever want to take a vacation when I want. Nice literally doing nothing except sitting in my car, dicking around on a laptop/phone/turking/listening to music in between driving food to people, occasionally setting it up for a party or whatever and getting decent money to do it.

    it might not be a "real job" by someone who doesn't matters' standards, but I'm pretty damn content doing it.

    Oh I agree. His kids looked down on him at first when he quit. That was soon after he and I got married. Buuuuut, they think twice now that we get to go and do what we want, when we want ALL THE WHILE living debt free. :dunno: (except our mortgage)

    I've worked real jobs before. I've decided I never want to do that again. Waking up to go to work 9 to 5 every day and having a boss looking over your shoulder all the time really sucks. Soul draining. I hate it It's not for me. Some people value the security that that brings, but I don't need it. I just want to live a life of happiness without stress. That's what I value.

    Up until about 5 years ago, I've always had "real jobs" but I hated it. I am not good with people anyway. But after I broke my back and crushed my wrist, I got to where I was REALLY not good with people. I refuse to be on pain meds constantly so I just push through the pain and that makes me a bit short tempered. :emoji_joy:
