I believe that monogatari is the one that made a huge deal about it.

 

I've seen it mentioned in a few series here and there. I don't think I watched the Golden Week arc of monogatari, I got distracted by other things and now I've lost my place. I remember the creepy black eyed boy/girl thing.

 

You own all the Nekoparas, yet you don't own Steins;Gate? ? ? ? ?

 

I've played steins;gate ofc but I haven't seen it go on sale for low enough to bother buying it.
