I've been playing one called "Cat on a Diet" lol It's pretty addicting too

 

I’ll have you know my blood sugar topped out at a whopping 127 today. And then it was back to 87 within the hour.

I think that’s what normal people feel like when they consume sugar? I felt awake for about 40 minutes.

 

Cat on a diet is my life and Bearnie is not having fun.

 

I think that it lasts a bit longer than 40min but

oh shit I almost forgot about the fudge sitting on my dresser I'm going to go eat that brb

 

Well I said no as a question so I didn't have to admit to it and I couldn't be accused of lying.

I have insulin hyperactivity and a paralyzed gi tract, so I don’t experience the same joy of sugar (or digestion) as most. That’s why matt-bot nicknamed me hummingbird back in college. I used to have a blood sugar service dog who would alert right before my sugar was crashing, which was like half the time. It’s a bit more stable now than 5 years ago, but I have a hard time maintaining a normal blood sugar and will hit the ground fairly easily

Much like a hummingbird, I need to ingest sugar all day or I will pass out and die

I was really surprised there wasn't ANY work coming in in the past 20 minutes or so but thought oh, it's just 8pm that's why. Nope. My dumbass had the fucking thing off.

 

If it makes you feel better there hasn't been all that much in the last 20min.

 

You must have trouble keeping yours up? Steve often gets shaky, and when we take him in for procedures and they do his bloodwork they almost always come back to the room complaining that his blood sugar is like 47 or 52. I don't know how he does it.
