The apartment handles all AC repairs. The only thing we're responsible for is the filters for the vents in the apartment, and those get changed every 4-6 months, depending on how bad our rabbits are molting and the season (Spring usually gets done twice).

 

Don't drive without insurance.

Some uninsured driver drove right the fuck into me for no fucking reason a few years ago. Had a fake insurance card and stuff so didn't get cited for the no insurance. When I tried to collect from his insurance company - they tell me that he's not insured at all.

Thankfully I had uninsured driver protection from my own insurance - but still cost me a 500 dollar deductible.

Hmmmmmm. Not sure that is feasible. The SO has already stated on multiple occasions that if we split, he's building a shack at the end of our driveway. It would onestly just be easier to keep him I think. lmao

Those should be changed monthly. Dont buy the expensive "HEPA" filters, they just make the fan motor work harder. Get the $3 ones and change often

When I was 20, I lost my license for 6 months cause my insurance had expired 2 days before an accident. Someone T boned me but I still lost my license. I didn't even know it has lapsed cause I was young and dumb and didn't keep up with stuff very well. I have NEVER gone without insurance since.

 

I watch Live PD and it seems everyone they pull over doesnt have a drivers license or insurance. They go straight to jail

They CAN do that here, but typically don't because they don't want the to deal with the paperwork.

On the show they pull people over for tailights, tint, and bikes without lights and tons of other small infractions most cops wouldnt touch. I'm sure it is just because they are on TV
