F#ck people like that. I would have found the person and beat the crap out him. Once somebody hit me and ran because they had no insurance. Luckily the person had to stop because of traffic about a quarter mile down the street. I scared the living piss out of the person and ended up letting him go because there was no real damage on the back of my car.

Hahahah, I don't blame them. I think it's unfair they arrested him even though he passed everything, but dude was wearing a fanny pack with a bag inside it labled "EMERGENCY ONLY" and all it had was a joker playing card, a bottle of hot sauce and I think a packet of ketchup or something.
