No. They have me on a "heated" water chamber AutoVPAP machine that forces air in and then draws it back out of my lungs. I have to keep it on all the time unless I am trying to eat. I think it sort of works like a nebulizer ??? not certain. I ended up with pneumonia and it has been really rugged.
