So kiddo and I are watching SNL from last night.

He loves Weekend Update.

He just started laughing when he saw something they were reporting on and said, "Wait? THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED? When I saw it in the news last week I thought it WAS a Saturday Night Live skit!!!"

The thing he commented on happened in Congress. Which is now, to the younger (and soon to be voters) generation...equivalent to an SNL skit.
