The official amazon video (that is better than what you get from HBO go etc) has a bitrate of 6 911 kb/s. They needed at least twice or three times that for it to not look like shit :/ Or at least if they went with a variable bitrate they could have raised the bitrate during the the demanding scenes but nope we got left with garbage.
