05/07 - Twinge Tuesday!

Valentina is the worst hot sauce I've ever had in my life. It seriously tastes liek ketchup, not as in like a "i'm tough and this isn't spicy" - but as in it actually tastes like ketchup.

get some canned Pillsbury biscuits. Flatten them, pour ketchup in the middle. Fold in half so you have semi-circles. Then wetten around the edges and press together. If you want to get fancy, crimp with a fork. Then fry for a couple of minutes. You could also add a little cheese to the ketchup. We used to make donuts this way. We'd get a coke bottle and cut out a hole, Then fry them and then dunk in powdered sugars. They're basically beignettes.

 

Try this, squeeze ketchup onto waxed paper and freeze in dollops. Then fry the little suckers up.

Okay, real question. When y'all are stressed and trying to go to sleep, is there anything that helps? We are tight on 'green aspirin' and I can't use that every night to help me sleep anymore. Tea just makes me have to pee all night long. I've cut out caffeine past 6pm, but general stress and life makes it to where I lay in bed awake for a good 2 hours before I can fall asleep.
