    I have heard about it and researched it quite a bit and it appears to be way too easy to abuse and I have an addictive personality

    Not that I would lose control tho. I have just read horror stories of people getting varying strengths and whatnot. I have tons of extra prescription meds from taking it for years and forgetting to take it some days and they always fill them at 28 days cause I see my doctor every 4 weeks. So to sum it up, I could abuse this but I don't as I believe you should maintain the plan your doctor(s) prescribe for you.
