fwiw, it seems like they're really slow reviewing those these days, and it might be a matter of spamming them with the same fax and emailing around, maybe even calling, until it gets in the right person's hands. when i had to do it years ago, my account was reinstated within hours, but now it seems to take a couple weeks. as if people don't rely on this as actual income or anything. good luck. keep us posted too, if you remember!

Do you think these story rewrites are the ones done by other Mturk workers or are these rewrites done by AI? Some of them are terrible.

 

I think there's a mix of both...I hope???? Some of them are logical and I could see them being written by another worker, or at least someone on the requester's team. But some HAVE to be AI since they're a single repeating sentence or say things like "his leg was shot in the leg" followed by the same sentence structure 2 more times but with the nouns changed, which is like classic AI-speak. I'd be surprised if a person would do that. Humans tend to make different types of errors in my experience.
