My MIL(ish, not married but long term bf) asked for my help to buy a knitting pattern from etsy because she's scared paypal is a scam. She had the link ready to a printed pattern that the seller will mail to her.

Me: Oh, it looks like we can just get the pdf and print it here *gestures to printer right next to the computer*
MIL: no no no, I need the printed version
Me: Yeah, but, like, we can print it here and then you'll have it on paper just the same, but we'll save the $2.79 shipping cost
MIL: no, I want this one *strongly insists*

Repeat that a few times, anddddd... we ordered the printed version. Getting ripped off so hard, mailing a letter has never needed almost three dollars.

 

Let's see if I get this qual or fail it like all the others! I tried my best and that's all I can do. I think I was right because the options made sense to me but idfk I'm stupid as a box of rocks apparently when it comes to quals.
