I've been getting the cap messages since I got the qual back in 2017, was there a time before that where there were no caps?

 

IKR . every few hours I keep trying to nab one.

 

I don't even like those. they should remove the cap so people can do them who want to.

 

well that changes everything! Its a 30.00 fine for bringing alcohol onto the premises. Plus you must pay for any property I damage after getting drunk off the beer and breaking things.
