Not sure to what extent you're talking, but if it's bad enough, you can go to your local police station and talk to them about harassment. That's kind of extreme though. Me...I would tell my kid to crush their bones, but, others may frown upon that.

 

Well my kid is 5'1 92lbs the kid fucking with her is like 5'5 170, so I don't think she is going to pick a fight with her.

i was the 3" 11' kid that got the quarterback to give people the stinkeye. it is a matter of 'friends'

 

And very smart not to with that big of a difference...

 

It just frustrates me to no end, this has been an issue forever, the school knows about it, how hard is it for them to just make sure nothing happens?

 

And thats the other part of this, the other kid has basically used her social skills to turn everyone that was my daughters friend against her so much so she says things like "people in the hall tell me theyd like to be my friend but can't because she said so" so my kid feels like she has no friends and is being harrassed on a consistent basis all because of this person.

 

Hey...no holds barred when it comes to my kids...

No...I wouldn't REALLY advocate violence unless they made it physical first.

actually dealing with kids with issues gets expensive, counseling, therapy, etc....

it is easier to ignore and hope nobody gets shot later

 

And that aggravates me to no end. The school should recognize and intervene because THEY KNOW the bullies of the school. They just don't want to deal with them.

 

I waited it out with the bullies. no one helped me and the teachers strongly encouraged it. They're complaining now because they've been to prison and I haven't and that's "super unfair". Many are threatening to commit suicide. Adult life's unfair when you're taught as a child that you're okay even though you're not. One thing I will say is that because of the behavioral and social problems these people have had throughout adult life, your kid's bullies may be enemies for life to your child. they will try to undermine your child as adults, but the ability to do so will be lost to them. My childhood bullies eventually became gum on the bottom of my shoe.

but how do you explain that to the teenage kid that a day in the life feels like an eternity?

 

It's annoying enough that that I've been hearing about it for 7 months now........we went to my sons track meet and she came too.....the kid that does all this is there as a track manager, and she precedes to give me and my wife the stink eye. And I know this is not rational but when you hear this stuff and go through it and my kid honestly won't do anything because she doesn't have that kind of size or self confidence, I turn to my wife and say I'm not one of these kids....which leads to our child basically sitting there wishing I'd go verbally berate this kid.

 

My kid and the other kid are freshmen....so to her this feels like it's never ending.
