Once again I am going to ask for your prayers. thoughts, whatever you do, for June. She has been acting weird this past week and finally last night she was really freaking she would not get in bed and kept going to the door and licking her right paw and jerkin around to the right like as to get at something. I opened the door and she went straight to her kennel and would not come out for anything, including snacks. I was up with her most of the night and called the vet as soon as they opened and took her in. Turns out she has done some damage to her right knee area. It is swollen and she is evidently in pretty much pain. The vet gave me some carprofen and said if it did not get better on its own in two weeks that she might need surgery. When we got home she went straight to her kennel and I gave her some food and the medicine. June is a SUPER OVERACTIVE dog. We go for 2 mile walks every morning and soon as we hit the gate and I take he leash off she runs and gets her ball and wants to play more. For her to be like this she must really be hurting. I just hope this medicine works and I can keep her resting.

I had to give up caffeine and other stimulants once, including tea, and chocolate. It was interacting with my Asthma medicine and making my heart race. Life without chocolate or tea.... So I feel for you. I was mean too.
