    Amazon sells various gift cards, which can be purchased with Amazon pay, but some gift cards and other purchases are ineligible for gift card balance purchases. I think those restrictions are global on all Amazon sites?

    Also, using gift card balance to purchase items for resale is forbidden, so using a gift card balance as an intermediate step to extracting money from Mturk could, in principle, result in account problems.
