Looks like his server can't keep up with the traffic or something. These take upwards of 45 seconds to load which cuts the rate of pay from almost $20/hour for a hit that takes seconds to $1/hour for a hit that takes over a minute.

almost a year ago, a guy in Turkey, sold farm animals on the web but like a game Farmville (which is/was famous on facebook) in which you can buy virtual chickens/cows and any other farm animals. Although the farm animals were virtual, the owner of the website claimed that those animals are real and were giving payouts as the animals were making profit. (for example: you bought a virtual chicken, but the chicken were real, the chicken laid eggs, they sold the eggs, and you got profit from the eggs, and you still had the chicken in hand)

They paid the payouts of the eggs from the new incoming members of the farm. There were no chicken, no eggs at all.

that is Ponzi scheme; a fraudulent investing scam promising high rates of return with little risk to investors.
