We're thinking about transfering if it gets too bad. We plan on actually raiding this time around again and if the datacenter just can't we'll jump ship. The issue is that we each have a houses. He's got a Medium fully decked out and I'm in 2 smalls (personal and FC) and each of those have easy 100mil gil of stuff in them. That's been the ONLY thing holding us back from leaving.

Have you guys had any connection issues since the merge?

Also, the gearing up for finishing off a job gives a sense of accomplishment that I would normally have to spend a lot more time and effort or money to achieve. I can get my MNK rotation down perfectly and feel accomplished when I decimate something or clearly jump in DPS. I can't just go punch kicking people IRL and watch numbers go up and down that give me that dopamine drip.
