Are you on Keto? If you take a cheat day, it's really easy to get back into ketosis if you do some intermittent fasting the next day. I cheat alllll the time now.

 

We tried a few versions of Halo Top. It's... Ok I guess for diet ice cream. It definitely has that weird diety chemically twang to it. Plus it's ridiculously expensive. Almost $5 a pint around here. Try making your own sorbet from blended frozen fruit. Now that's good eatin. Or a smoothie with kefir and fresh fruit.

I am Problem is 1 cheat day (for me anyway) leads 2 cheat days which leads to a cheat week. I have horrible self control. I was on keto from October until Thanksgiving day and was like "I'll have a cheat day for Thanksgiving"................ I only just got started back on keto 1 week ago lol.

It's weird. Two weeks ago, I cheated bad. Like, Thursday through Sunday bad. And not just carbs, but bad carbs. Sick the entire time. Come Monday I got back on diet, and by Tuesday I already had that familiar taste back in my mouth.

 

If you have sprouts in your area get all your meat there. It tastes better they cut it in store, don't freeze it and it's cheaper than most places.

 

oh god. I don't even keep carbs in my apartment anymore for the same reason. No self control at all haha. I'm 99% less likely to cheat if I have to go out of my way to do it.
