Surprisingly, I have atleast decent self control when I'm around carbs. I only cheated that day because i LOVE dinner rolls and I wanted some with my thanksgiving dinner and I was like "Eh, it's only one day, no biggie". LOL big mistake.

My pantry is packed full of carby foods because kids. I do fine with that. I just have a hard time going back to not eating carbs once I've started eating them again.

I have an ice cream maker and just go to town with frozen yogurt recipes. Ain't no ice crean as satisfying as the ice cream I made myself. Well, except Ben and Jerry's- but I only have that once in awhile.

Awwww yiss salty foods! Kettle chips, I can crush an entire bag of them. When Aunt Flo comes to visit I'm elbows deep in a bag of parmesan smoked pancetta kettle chips with a salt shaker in the other hand.

 

Nom nom nom. When I go food shopping, I stop at panera to have turkey chili with their kettle chips and dip them in the turkey chili. 10/10 right there.
