See, I sleep 8-9 hours now. I cut back from sleeping 12+ because of this. I eat healthy, make sure I drink a lot of water, cut out caffeine past 6pm. I need to start taking a multi-vitamin to cover that as well. The room I sleep in is only for sleep and fornication, all lights are cut off and we have blackout curtains up. We're about to take me to the doctor when we can afford it to ask about this because we can't figure out a normal reason why I am exhausted 100% of the time.
