Pros:
Moved to a Qual so in theory the chances of matching with another turker are increased. I've done hundreds of these HITs and received the bonus on about 90%.

Cons:
Some times takes a little longer to approve (more than 24-36 hours). I would assume this is to do with the bonus and having to wait for someone to match to.
