The actual hit could be done in a minute.

Cons:
Over-explained, have to pass completion test. To make matters worse, even after getting the test correct the first time, you have to take it again. Then a totally unnecessary practice test. Do they really think we are that stupid? Then get the actual hit which consists of adding a noun to a timed box one at a time. After that instead of finishing, there is yet another over-explained comprehension test. And after answering correctly the extremely easy questions to ensure comprehension, you are asked once again to ensure you understand. Then you have to rank words (after you were tested twice to make sure you know understand the concept)
